Starting out at a local CPA firm, he furnished tax, accounting and audit services to businesses in a variety of industries. In addition, he helped individual clients with strategic tax planning and provided tax preparation services.

Michael has also held senior finance positions, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO), in private companies. His combined responsibilities included strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting, payroll and human resources.

Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (concentration in accounting) from Bryant College.
